This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you.  We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

1. Data Access and Protection:

Subscriber acknowledges that the information collected utilizing EMAT will be uploaded to EMAT’s servers and accessed by EMAT to generate reports based on the data inputted by users.  EMAT acknowledges that Subscriber’s business data belongs to Subscriber and its customers, and EMAT respects and supports Subscriber’s right to protect its business data.  EMAT shall maintain the confidentiality of Subscriber’s business data, and will not share such data with any third parties unless such sharing is necessary for EMAT to operate as intended and then only pursuant to confidentiality restrictions and with acknowledgement of the Subscriber.  EMAT will implement and maintain appropriate and reasonable technical and physical safeguards designed to protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of Subscriber’s business data.

2. Collection of personal information

EMAT does not require access to your personal data, contacts or any other application residing on your device to function properly. You may provide basic personal data that will be requested from the user such as name, phone number and email address that will be used for communication purposes, processing of updates and customer service requests.

3. How we collect your personal information

EMAT collects personal data from you either by direct personal communications or by electronic services within the application or through email. It is possible we may receive your data through third party interactions, in which case your data will be covered by the protections stated in this policy.

4. Use of your personal information

EMAT may use your personal information to provide you with updates, offers for future EMAT products, responses to service requests and other common business communication purposes.

EMAT will not sell or provide your personal information to any third-party for any purpose.

In the event the future business needs of EMAT require the delivery of your data to a third party, this privacy policy will be amended and provided to all users and provide sufficient time for any user to revoke permissions prior to enacting the new policy. Furthermore, in this situation, any third party that would be provided your information will provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this application’s privacy policy.

EMAT maintains its user’s data while they maintain an active subscription and for a reasonable time after termination of subscription until the user has had time to request such data in an industry standard format. Upon request or after a reasonable amount of time, EMAT will delete the accounts and related user data.  Users may contact EMAT through phone or email and request any and all user’s data be deleted and/or revoke consent.

5. Geo-Location Information

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

6. Mobile Device Access

We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Bluetooth, camera, microphone, sensors, storage, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

7. Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

8. Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Application to help customize the Application and improve your experience. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Application. You may not decline web beacons. However, they can be rendered ineffective by declining all cookies or by modifying your web browser’s settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, permitting you to accept or decline cookies on an individual basis.

The Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.

10. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
